Cynthia Mwila, MBA, LLB (Hons)has over twenty-two years of experience in Banking and Financial Services in both the UNITED KINGDOM and Zambia. Cynthia Currently, holds the position of Head of Banking and Mortgages at the Zambia National Building Society (ZNBS).
Cynthia is a strong advocate for affordable housing and has actively participated in various forums, including the 2022 National Housing Forum.
Additionally, she has served as the President of the Rotary Club of Lusaka, a charitable organization committed to providing humanitarian service and supporting vulnerable communities.
Recently, Cynthia has also been appointed as a World Vision Zambia Board Committee Member, further demonstrating her dedication to making a positive impact.
Mentorship is another area where Cynthia exhibits her passion, specifically focusing on mentoring women and youth. She currently serves as one of the appointed Mentors for the Award-Winning "When Females Lead" mentorship program.
