In this episode we talk about strengths and weaknesses. We discuss why we feel there is so much focus on fixing your weaknesses, how you can get a better idea of what your strengths and weaknesses are and to evaluate whether your weakness is based on facts or a mismatch of someone else's weaknesses.
We will be taking a break for 3 weeks (Marc is going to the east coast with family for his brother's wedding and to see the sights). The podcast will be back on August 14!
