Actually this is happening today, AI is answering the business calls that are coming in to some home service contractors, and many see that there may be a time in the future where all the calls are answered by AI. Already some are finding this useful when all the lines are tied up, after hours, on weekends and holidays when no one is working. Today we will have as our guest Lee Roff of Lords Chimney in Houston who has launched this in his own company and after working out some of the bugs it has started to produce results.
