Jay is an experienced entrepreneurial executive with over 24 years in enhancing multifamily assets. In 2000, he founded Multihousing.com to transform neglected neighborhoods into vibrant, affordable communities that residents love calling home. Prior to his multifamily career, Jay successfully invested in a number of different industries.
Jay's approach to property management is encapsulated in what he terms the "5 C's of Effective Property Management," which emphasizes curb appeal, capacity, collections, cost control, and cash flow management. To date, Jay has completed more than 150 purchase and sale transactions.
