Brady falsely confessions that the drugs were his. Like father, like son, Tate also falsely claims the drugs are his. Alex doesn't want Justin representing Tate. Tate initially is granted bail. EJ presses the judge, who revokes the bail on Tate. Johnny tells EJ that Holly called him up wasted on Christmas Eve. Harris interrogates Stefan and Ava. EJ blames Stefan for Holly getting the drugs via the restaurant. Stefan reminds EJ that he used to deal drugs himself. Stefan also reminds EJ that he asked for EJ's help with Clyde and was turned down. Everett starts investigating the drug trade and interviews Stefan. Sarah spends the night in Xander's spare room to keep an eye on Victoria's fever. Xander asks her to move in. Tripp decides to stay in Salem while Wendy leaves for the airport.
