Technological advances have made the modern American home stronger, more efficient, more comfortable and highly performative. And, it continues to get better. Our society has become more dangerous. It’s just the way it is. So, if you are a homeowner listening to this, and safety is important to you, keep listening. If you are a designer, architect or builder, you have a remarkable opportunity to increase your firm’s profile, create a new value proposition, a brand extension that will set you apart by offering something that is not widely offered by the design trade at large.
