On this Podcast Lindsey shares how she discovered her values when she had a breakdown in her corporate job which led her to find her purpose helping others live the life of their dreams.
She explains how she helps people to live a life they love, without feeling overwhelmed and on the way to burnout, so they can hopefully avoid some of the mistakes and pain she suffered.
