"Technical skills are important, but without communication, collaboration and confidence, your business might never get off the ground to the next level."

Asking questions is a great way to communicate. There may be times when something is urgent but how do you get that across? Also when it's time to understand your team, asking the right questions can help figure out what they're capable of, do they have the requirements to do the job. Because while working with clients, you want to turn around time that works well for everyone.
