Welcome to our Faith for 40 FITNESS CHALLENGE! We are so excited to have you join in on this journey that will literally shape your life!! FULL CHALLENGE HERE
FAITH FOR 40 CHALLENGE begins on JANUARY 6TH and ends on FEBRUARY 14TH - just in time for a Valentine's Day celebration!!
For 40 days, you must do every step of the following -
- Take a progress picture
- Write down 4 things you're grateful for
- 80 minutes of working out EVERY day (Can be split into 2!)
- Read 3-4 chapters of the bible OR 10 pages of a nonfiction book
- Follow along with any diet (your choice, NO cheating!)
- Drink as many OZ of water as your DAY 1 weight!
You can restart up to 4 times but if you restart, you will NOT be eligible for a prize!!
To join, simply comment "FAITH FOR 40" on any Faith at Work YouTube video!! Then, PayPal @faithatworkpod $40 to secure your entry spot! All entrance money will go into a prize pool that will be split equally among all challenge FINISHERS! 💪
Depending on how many join in, this means you could get your entrance fee back or make THOUSANDS! Spread the word to make the prize pot bigger!!
