This week, we are joined by Doug Eroh, President of Penske Motor Group and President and General Manager of Longo Toyota, the number one volume Toyota dealer in the world. Since 1967, Doug has been overseeing the day-to-day operations at Longo, including sales, fixed operations, marketing, guest service, and training. Also joining us is Ed Roberts, the Chief Operations Officer at Bozard Ford-Lincoln, a family-owned and operated dealership in St. Augustine since 1949.
