On hour one of Flames Talk with Pat Steinberg and Aaron Vickers, the guys jump right into the Flames training camp roster being released on the eve of training camp beginning with the first on ice session on Wednesday! We hear from Flames GM Craig Conroy on the state of the Flames Goaltending situation going into camp. Pat and Aaron then breakdown just why the goalie position is the Flames most intriguing going into camp. We are then joined live by new Flames skills development coach Matt Stajan! Matt, Pat and Aaron get into Stajan's new role with the team, what his goals are and much more.

The guys start by discussing the question marks surrounding the Vancouver Canucks, specifically the health of Thatcher Demko. Next, the guys dive into the issues surrounding the California teams, what to expect out of Seattle this year, and what things are looking like for the Edmonton Oilers as they look to defend their conference title.
