One day, Julia Jordan was dressed for a night out on the town, wearing her favorite heels, when she found herself moving a mattress with her friend, instead.
Thus was born the idea of her new podcast: Moving Mattresses in 3 inch Heels.
Having a high demand job in finance and investments, she realized that, although she was creating a lot of success there, the cost to her quality of living was too high.
She looked around at her friends and realized, as women, we sure do take care of business, except the most important business of taking care of ourselves.
She got to work breaking down the 5 pillars that women need to focus on to really get the best out of their lives and this is what she is on a mission to share.

* Meditation: how to discipline our minds to take away the stress
* Menopause: myths and truths including symptoms that no one ever talks about
