Join me as I talk to two beer brewing experts and find out what role our fungal friends have in making the most consumed alcoholic beverage on the planet. (But you don't have to be 21 to listen.) Then, I'll travel to Walton County to visit with a healthcare professional who will help me de-funk a fungi myth.
