On the Cocktail Side of things Ben is drinking another Hot Toddy, but this one is different. Meanwhile Matthew is drinking a Vanilla Old Fashioned because of course he is.
Hot Toddy #2
- 1 1/2 oz Plantation Stiggin’s Fancy Pineapple Dark Rum
- 6 oz Earl Gray
- 3/4 Lemon Oleo Sacrum Syrup
- 1 Cinnamon Stick
- 5 cloves
Pour hot tea into a mug. Add rum and oleo sacrum syrup. Add cinnamon stick and cloves.
Vanilla Old Fashioned
- 2 oz Bourbon
- 1/4 oz Amaro Nonino
- 1/2 oz Vanilla Demerara Gomme Syrup
- 1 bar spoon full of Luxardo Cherry Syrup
- 2 Dashes Angostura Bitters
- 1 Dash Orange Bitters
Add all ingredients into a mixing glass with ice. Stir for 30 seconds. Strain into a rocks glass with a large cube of ice. Garnish with
