We are faced with challenging events and with these, humans are asked to take a stand against the kind of leadership we are given.

In this episode, I am joined by Ali Brown, the world’s most recognized coach for women entrepreneurs. Ali and I tackle why our world is experiencing a continuous divide and leaders don’t seem bothered by it.

It’s evident that people find it easy to stick with traditional leadership styles and old-school thinking. We have normalized not asking for change where it's deemed necessary. It’s easier to deal with the negatives than discuss these uncomfortable conversations.

However, thanks to the global epidemic that we are all in, people realized that there is power in oneness. With the power of human intelligence, we can take the authority back and demand a leadership evolution.

If we want to see better changes, it’s critical that we gather, make our voices heard, and challenge the kind of leadership that we have now.
