Hello 2024! We are all entering the year with different emotions and expectations, but the Bible’s teaching on faith can speak to us all.
Hebrews 11:1 says "Now faith is the assurance of things hoped for, the conviction of things not seen." Oh how all of us understand struggling with our faith when we are faced with trials and suffering in our lives. And yet, if our faith is anchored in Jesus, who is the author and perfecter of our faith, it can withstand the storms of life. Because we know God's promises never fail.
No matter how the coming year looks for us at this moment in time, our faith in Jesus is strong enough to carry us through any fear or uncertainties. We are empowered to live our lives rooted in this faith, no matter what may come.
