GO FORWARD CONFERENCE’24 || DAY 18 (part a)|| UNDERSTANDING THE CORE DOCTRINES OF CHRIST|CHIMDI OHAHUNA Welcome to the final sessions of the Go Forward Conference 2024, where we explore the powerful theme: “Possessing Our Possession in Christ.” This episode marks the concluding part of our journey for the year 2024, building on the divine command in Deuteronomy 2:24, “Rise Ye Up.” We previously explored the concept of “Standing,” and considered how maintaining consistency is key. The Book of 1 Timothy 4:16, emphasizes the crucial role of doctrine in the life of the believer. Discover in this session that doctrine isn’t just theoretical; it’s the teaching, instruction, and direction that empowers us. Looking broadly into the fundamental doctrines from Hebrews 6:1-2, namely: repentance from dead works, faith towards God, baptism, laying on of hands, resurrection of the dead, and eternal judgment. Also, discover how these doctrines transform us from seekers of signs and wonders to carriers of them. This session also highlights the pivotal choice between striving for perfection and succumbing to weakness (2 Corinthians 3:18). Explore via this teaching how our continued adherence to the doctrines of Christ, as a unified body regardless of denomination, is the path to spiritual maturity.
