With a new quarterback under center and half the season behind them, it's a perfect time for the Michigan Wolverines (4-2) to turn the page on a frustrating season thus far. The Wolverines have named 25-year-old veteran quarterback Jack Tuttle as their starting quarterback coming off the bye week after Tuttle came into the game in relief against Washington in Week 6.
