The days are long - there seems to be no beginning or ending. So when it's time for bed, one's mind can still be buzzing. ..Things not done... too many things still to do. Thoughts turn into worries and a circle that can stop one from sleeping. A the lack of sleep will prevent one from being productive the next day.
