Are you serving others including your church in what you think is an unimportant function or do you feel others have more important and better recognised functions than you. Service happens in many areas of life. Consider some Bible people who might appear to be functioning in positions that seem so-so and relatively important but they are so "chuffed" in their service and have great satisfaction.
