I'd like to introduce myself, tell you a little about why I've started the podcast and my mission. I'd like to give you permission to speak your truth, to step into the light, be your authentic self and connect with like minded individuals through the stories that bring us together. We often feel like we don't matter, no one cares, we are alone in this world and that is not true. We all experience a lot of the same things and can support one another, share our lessons, pain, journey and invite other along for the ride. The world is better when people come together ;)
