If you do not remember, starting on August 28th until the first quarter of 2024, the 63rd Street tunnel, which carries the F train, will have restricted service due to track replacement. (F) trains will be rerouted between Manhattan and Queens in both directions and weekday (M) trains will be partially suspended. F trains will run on the E line at all times in both directions between 47-50 Sts-Rockefeller Center and Jackson Hts-Roosevelt Av. On weekdays, M trains will not run in either direction between 47-50 Sts-Rockefeller Center and Forest Hills-71 Av and will terminate at 57 St-6th Av. A special shuttle train will run every 20 minutes in each direction between Lexington Av/63 St and 21 St-Queensbridge, stopping at Roosevelt Island. The shuttle train will not run overnight. Free shuttle buses will run between 21 St-Queensbridge and Queens Plaza days and evenings, and between Roosevelt Island, 21 St-Queensbridge, and Queens Plaza overnight.
