Stephanie shares her journey on how she got into one of the most coveted positions in 'the room where it happens', the lessons learned along the way, her observations on minority representation having auditioned thousands of dancers around the world, and for my fellow performers out there dreaming of becoming #HAMFAM, what the creative team looks for.
