Kaelanne Quinonez, Miss Rodeo USA 2024, is a shining example of what being an advocate for the sport of rodeo looks like and proof that you don’t have to be born into the sport to pave your own way. Kaelanne hails from the suburbs of the Central Coast of California and spent her childhood heavily involved in the Girl Scouts of America advocating for natural resources and conservation, making her a natural fit for queening and the western way of life and all that it entails. Rodeo queens stand on the front lines educating the public and promoting the sport of rodeo, they are not only required to have complete knowledge of the rulebooks, but public speaking skills, horsemanship, knowledge of animal welfare and one killer closet full of outfits! Jordan Jo and Kaelanne talk all things queening, rodeo advocacy, the western way of life, having a never settle outlook on life and going after the life you want.
