Jess knew she wanted to go into a caring career and forged her own path starting at school. Jess works with Avidity Training and Development as trainer and assessor in the disability industry. She was previously a workshop facilitator for Autism Tasmania. Jessica was also nominated for Young Australian of the Year 2020.
