The InterPride podcast series, InterPod, is proud to launch our 17th episode, IDAHOBIT: Transgender Equality In Hong Kong, with Henry Tse (he/him).
The LGBTQIA+ community has come a long way in the fight for acceptance. Our voices matter and will be heard. Many of our LGBTQIA+ community members have fought for decades for the right to be seen and heard.
In honor of IDAHOBIT, we speak to Henry Tse, founder of Transgender Equality of Hong Kong. He is the lead plaintiff in a case hoping to change the gender identity marker laws in Hong Kong, which currently require all gender diverse individuals to go through gender reassignment surgery before changing their gender identity on ids.
Listen in as we hear from the Founder and Executive Director of Transgender Equality, Hong Kong, Henry Tse!
