Welcome to our new show, Investor Creator's Deals!
I'm Brad Smotherman, a real estate investor based out of Nashville, Tennessee. I've recently moved to Seaside, Florida, because this business has allowed me and my family financial and time freedom, so that we can home school and take care of our children.
I got into the educating people on real estate because I didn't like what I saw in the industry - constant upsell and often outdated information. I wanted to teach in the way that I enjoyed, and to teach processes that can be replicated. So over the past three years, we've had many people going from startup through struggle to success in just six months.
We're going to be bringing you two to three deals every week from different people, from all across the country, all walks of life, different races, color, creeds, different everything.
