After recording this podcast I realized this episode isn't just about why life lessons are important or why we all need them and how to overcome them. I realized through life lessons I've learned they're essential to becoming the next best version of yourself and if you try and bypass your life lessons you're actually doing yourself a disservice and not truly practicing personal development or self improvement.
I also learned if you're able to understand what the lessons in life are trying to teach you, you can be in enough control of your life to fix your own problems.
