Lauren and Teia decided to make Glassdoor a regular feature. After all, it's one of our only reference points when we want to understand people's experiences of working for an organisation. Glassdoor is a website that allows anyone to publicly review organisations they work for or have worked for in the past. Teia and Lauren share some shocking reviews but this time from the United Nations and reflect on the similarities and differences that are affecting employee happiness and well-being.
