Lauren and Teia have been having challenging conversations about the non-profit system and all its flaws. Now, it's time to put those challenges to Vu Le - author of the well-known blog NonprofitAF. Do consultants really have that much power? What about if white people bite back - aka 'whitelash'? How can multiple Executive Directors work together effectively? Vu Le (“voo lay”) is a writer, speaker, vegan, Pisces, and the former Executive Director of Rooted in Vibrant Communities, a nonprofit in Seattle that promotes social justice by developing leaders of colour, strengthening organizations led by communities of colour, and fostering collaboration between diverse communities.
