Are you suffering from burnout? Have you experienced it in the past?

It’s a hot topic in the modern workplace, with good reason. You only have to glance at recent business headlines to learn people in workplaces the world over are suffering with burnout and related problems like anxiety and stress. So for the next few weeks, we’ll be speaking with burnout, stress and anxiety experts to learn more about what these challenges look like, how to recover from or prevent them, and what the role of the leader should be within that process. The first of those experts is Eugene Lee, and in another first for Leading with integrity, this will be a Double Feature! In part 1 today, we’re going hear all about Eugene’s own experiences with burnout, how that led him to becoming a Burnout Recovery Coach, starting his podcast, and making a few other changes, we’ll talk about recovery from and prevention of burnout, and what we can do as leaders to spot the signs, then act to support our people through that. We’ll get a little bit into the wider leadership implications and the lessons Eugene has taken about that from his career so far too, to be explored in more detail in part 2, next week. Thanks for listening to this episode of Leading with integrity: Leadership talk. Don't forget to visit www.leadernotaboss.com and sign up for the Integrity Leaders community!
