1. Background and history - Part 5 - one particular freehold/ leasehold framework we know of, in respect of:

- The deliberate misleading labelling of the various funds...contd.
- Where are the funds?
- Section20 fixing - just the tip of the iceberg,
- Deceit surrounding cross-utilisation of the various funds that do exist.
- Personal expenditure of these freeholders and one particular
leaseholder ("Tweedle Dum") paid for from the Service Charge pot?

2. Playing your part as a leaseholder, because if you don't it will ultimately
be your undoing and annihilate your leasehold value.
