Jesus Is The Prince of Peace | His Name Shall Be Part 4

Did you know that the presence of Christ promises peace in the midst of crisis? This week, we conclude our December series “His Name Shall Be” at Liquid Church by exploring the four names given to Jesus in Isaiah 9:6. One of those titles is Prince of Peace—or “Sar Shalom” in Hebrew. Jesus isn’t just a symbol of peace; He’s the ultimate authority over all peace, offering wholeness, harmony, and flourishing to every area of life, even in the face of pain, fear and challenges. Christians are not exempt from the storms of life, but we can have hope because Jesus is our prince of peace in the face of life’s storms.

Jesus Gives Us Three Promises as The Prince of Peace:1) He reconciles us to God, canceling the power of sin and death.2) He will one day end all wars and global conflicts.3) He offers us well-being and flourishing forever.

The Scripture from Isaiah 9:7 reminds us, "Of the increase of his government and of peace, there will be no end." So, whether you’re facing heartbreak, loneliness, or crisis this Christmas, remember that Jesus is the prince of peace, and His supernatural peace is available to you. The presence of Jesus in your life can calm the storms of life that you face today and bring comfort in the midst of chaos.

The question is: Will you trust Him? Will you let Jesus’ voice bring peace to your fears?
