In this podcast episode, we're thrilled to introduce Rene Garcia-Hernandez, who is the executive director of AMP (the Arts Mentorship Program) in Santa Barbara. AMP is a nonprofit organization that supports young individuals in exploring dance, movement, and performing arts. Their main goal is to assist and mentor emerging artists in the Santa Barbara community by offering creative guidance and financial support.
