As the Executive Director at Fairborn Digital Academy, Erik has been a cornerstone of the institution since its inception in 2002, evolving from a computer technician to his current leadership role.
In today’s conversation, we dive into Erik’s journey through education, his philosophy of personalized learning, and his belief in uncovering each individual's passion as a key to effective teaching. As a coach for the Fairborn High School's Women's Soccer team and a Master Gardener, Erik extends his teaching beyond the classroom to the field and garden, fostering growth, teamwork, and sustainability.
