Gratitude is the Attitude on this episode of LYTWT. Gratitude is such a powerful way to show appreciation for yourself and others. Gratitude helps with depression, anxiety, physical health and mental health overall. Gratitude is the quality of being thankful; readiness to show appreciation for and to return kindness. On my journey I have learned how to express gratitude to myself and it’s really helped me to realize just how powerful and helpful gratitude can be for others. Showing gratitude can really help another person feel good about themselves. The quickest way to make someone else smile is to show them gratitude. We get what we put out into the universe. If you want love be love. If you want respect be respect. It all starts with the self. How do you see yourself in the world. We are all here to learn from each other.
