Gradey Dick looks like the de factor starting two-guard for the Toronto Raptors going into his second season in the league, but can he hang onto the job all season long? Lastly, Sean digs into the most likely outcome for Dick in his second season, which probably looks a lot like it did from February of last season onward, with a little more impact on account of playing with better players and being a slightly better defender. He might not close every clutch time game for the Raptors, but can he be out there for a good chunk of games that come down to the wire? If so, that's probably a pretty good sign regarding his long-term outlook with the franchise.
