As the days grow shorter and the nights lengthen, it is essential to remind ourselves to pause and embrace the quiet presence of the winter solstice. This season offers us a precious opportunity for reflection, rejuvenation, restoration, peace, and harmony. Through the practice of Yoga Nidra, we can tap into our inner and outer connection to light, elevating our alignment and basking in the radiance of our own beautiful inner light – the Inner Radiant Presence.
