Kelly O'Shanassy is the Chief Executive Officer of the Australian Conservation Foundation - Australia’s national environmental organisation. With over 700,000 members the ACF works to unite people across Australia to speak out for a world where forests, rivers, people and wildlife thrive. The ACF pushes for bold solutions to the pollution and extinction crises that are currently impacting Australia and the globe. They use evidence-based advocacy, courage, creativity and common sense to change our story for the better using people power to fix our broken systems. They are completely independent and funded by donations from community members. So get involved!
Kelly has had a long and distinguished career advocating for the natural world working in the business, government and not-for-profit sectors. She is an incredibly, passionate, intelligent, dedicated and experienced leader as you will find out in our conversation today.
