Franco is the founder of Your Psychologist, a progressive psychology practice focused on helping professionals and executives who feel stuck in their life, career or relationships. Franco has practiced as a therapist and coach for over 10 years, providing individual and couples counselling, and specialised coaching to professionals and executives on managing workplace relationships. As someone with over 20 years of Executive and Corporate experience, Franco has a great understanding of what it is like to be working in complex roles and managing a range of life and work challenges. Franco is also the host of the Personality Portrait Podcast which I highly recommend. Franco and I discuss sport, upbringing, the impact of our peers, taking chances, Franco’s diverse career, leadership, personality, the traits that help successful people, the effects of Covid and much more.
