Keith MacKay has been a life-long resident of Halifax and loves the city. After completing a Commerce degree at Dalhousie university, he spent a few years in retail management only to discover a true passion in working for himself. The next chapter of his career saw him develop a successful self-employed practice as an Advisor and Financial Planner with a large insurance company, providing guidance to clients on a variety of financial topics. Throughout that business, it was always important to ensure clients knew how much they were appreciated and SendoutCards became a critical system to achieve this client appreciation objective.

After almost 15 years in that self-employed role, a very difficult decision was made in 2021 to move on for a variety of reasons, none of which had anything to do with clients. At that time, Keith took on the Affiliate role with Promptings / SendoutCards to share the power of this Relationship Marketing system. Previously thought of as his secret weapon for client appreciation, Keith is now spreading awareness of this incredible online system.

With 6 designations in the Financial Planning industry, Keith brands himself as a Financial Know it All but also a Relationship Marketing guru. In today’s environment where customers / clients can source services in an instant online, what are you doing to build loyalty? When was the last time you sent a heartfelt printed card to a client expressing your appreciation? We make that easy!
