Disciple: Connect - Valuing the Corporate Gathering - Chris Nagel
Manage episode 451856351 series 1193850
What if the key to a thriving faith isn’t found in something you do alone, but in what we do together? This week, Chris Nagel explored the essential role of a corporate meeting in our spiritual growth. Today, many people drift away from church—not because of deconstruction, but because life gets busy and the importance of gathering as the body of Christ is often overlooked. By looking at the early church's commitment to meeting together, we discover the foundational elements of a healthy church: preaching the Word, fellowship, communion, and worship. If we expect little from our gatherings, we’ll experience little. But when we come with expectancy, God’s power is revealed. Followers of Jesus, let’s commit to showing up, engaging, and being part of what God wants to do in and through the corporate gatherings of His Church!
