This week's guest is Claus Meyer, a world renowned chef, culinary entrepreneur, food activist and author. Claus is responsible for what is called the Nordic Food Movement, a renaissance of food innovation in the Nordic countries. His restaurant, Noma, was consistently rated as the best restaurant in the world multiple years in a row. Needless to say, our conversation was fascinating and I'm lucky to have him on today. We discussed difficult childhoods, finding your calling, and why entrepreneurs need to consider the bigger picture when starting a business.
