(https://bit.ly/2Z5I7mz) Given most of us spend more time at work than we do with friends and family, we’d like to hope the hours we spend at work are worthwhile, enjoyable and rewarding – at least most of the time. But what happens when we give too much to work, it’s no longer enjoyable, it’s demanding, overwhelming and there seems to be no end in sight? What do we do next? Do we quit, downsize, put up with it and suffer in silence?
