Young Women in Leadership: Strategies for Working as an Effective Leader

In a conversation moderated by Dr. Rosina Wiltshire (CIWiL Treasurer), speakers Dr. Gabrielle Hosein (Head of the Institute for Gender and Development Studies at the University of the West Indies – St. Augustine Campus); Lady Anande Trotman-Joseph (President of CIWiL); and Patries Ramkaran (Fundraising Director of the Association of Female Executives of Trinidad and Tobago and Founder and Managing Director of Ramkaran Contracting Services Limited); and Senator Hazel Thompson-Ahye reflect on their own leadership journeys and share good practices related to coalition building, resource mobilization, and advocacy and communications.
