What's going on good people??? I'm sure most of us are feeling the pressures of life and just need a break!!!
In one of my classes, we talked about McClusky's theory of Power/Load Margin. If you are a human being, you know all about carrying the weight of the world on your shoulders!!! I created this episode to open up the conversation about carrying too much on our plate which makes us tired, sick, and ultimately useless because we are depleted.
