In this episode, Andrea shares her personal life story of dance and achievement as well as loss and grief. Andrea openly talks about her menopause experience and how that beautiful movement to music she loved as a child was her life safer when she needed it most.

Andrea is changing the narrative around "exercise" and talks so passionately that movement needs to be positive, mindful, empowering and not some brutal, strenuous workout. Andrea provides valuable advice for women considering starting exercise, emphasising the importance of exploring and discovering their true potential.
