In this episode, I’m joined by Sam Adams, a leader and guide in the modern men’s movement who’s on a mission to redefine what it means to be a man through embracing both masculinity and femininity. Sam shares his journey of going from church pastor to corporate work, and eventually, to finding what feels the most true to his soul. After living in Africa for 15 years and having rich experiences, he also had a lot of pain and wounds that have become gifts as he’s done the healing work to turn those wounds around.

Sam Adams is a leader and guide in the modern men's movement, redefining what it means to be a man through embracing both masculinity and femininity. He leads personal development retreats in the UK and offers mentoring and coaching to men internationally. With a background as both a corporate project manager and church pastor, Sam has navigated many evolutions and life changes, always finding that our wounds can become our greatest gifts. Sam grew up in Zimbabwe and South Africa, and from those years brings a sharp passion for creating systemic change, addressing the legacy of the colonial mindset, and finding ways that we can all be free.
