They explain the program and introduce us to several students who are participating in work-based learning initiatives in the Putnam County Charter School System now. This is episode 4 of season 3 of the Putnam Proud Podcast.

Caleb, Evan, Ana, Gracie, Bryan, and Jordan are all seniors who are getting real-world job and performance experience while in school. They are also getting paid for doing this work. What a powerful learning experience. They share stories about their participation in the program.
