It is time for the conclusion of the Video Game Book Club episodes dedicated to my completion of Trails in the Sky FC! This game blew me away and I want to talk about the rest of it! Make sure to check out part 1 covering the first half of the game in Pining for Pixels # 84. This week is the 2nd and final part of my play through where I cover the last half of this game. As I noted before, I wanted to be sure I completed this game before its remake comes out next year, and I am VERY glad that I did it! I was left almost speechless by the end and when I look back at my journey with this game, I can't believe I held off on diving in for so long. This one is very much worth your time if you are into the golden age of Japanese developed RPGs, but it has so many quality of life features that you don't have to worry about adjusting to some seriously archaic designs. Be warned I dedicate the last 5 mins of this episode to spoiler talk about the story, but prior to that I do my best to remain spoiler free, and provide ample warning when it is time to get into spoilers.
